The high-sensitivity Accu-Scale 200 accurately counts most parts and remains precise even when counting small and lightweight items. Used with the Autobag® H-100 plastic bagger, the microprocessor controlled Accu-Scale 200 is a complete weigh-count packaging system. Overall sensitivity exceeds .1 gram. Provides batch weigh-counting to pre-determined quantities.

Accu-Count 118/124 automatic counters combined with an Autobag bagger provide a cost-efficient, labor saving, and complete count-packaging system. the Accu-Count 118 or 124 bowl feeders (flat track or high negative) automatically count and collect a wide variety and size of parts and products. Accu-Count units can easily be attached to an Autobag bagger for a complete and accurate automatic count-packaging system. Through the vibratory action of bowl, parts are dropped through a field-type count detection device collected into a batch accumulator and then automatically discharged into a bagger.

Accu-Count® DAC-1000™

Fast, accurate counting requires fast, accurate feeding; regardless of the level of parts in the vibratory feeder bowl or product weight variations. To compensate for these variations, the amplitude of the DAC-1000 bowl vibration is constantly electronically monitored and automatically adjusted. There's no need to change bowl drive control settings during operation to maintain smooth, fast delivery.

Features:

Highly efficient detection and automatic release. An infrared optical field detector accurately counts the fast-moving parts. This highly efficient "smart-eye" detects individual parts regardless of size, shape, or material scrap detection is possible through the use of an adjustable rotary dial that works in conjunction with the smart-eye. Counted parts drop into a discharge accumulator and are automatically released into the Autobag funnel when the desired batch is reached.
